1-1/2 RIPE BANANA (Depending on how sweet you would like it)
1 CUP COOKED OR SOAKED STEEL CUT OATS
4-5 PITTED DATES
1/2- 1 CUP RAW CASHEWS
CINNAMON TO TASTE ( You can also add vanilla)
2+ CUPS WATER ( Depend how thick you would like it
2 CUPS SPINACH + KALE MIX
