So happy to show you my 3 Favourite Green Smoothie recipes!! They are all suuuuper healthy, easy to make and most importantly will help you to stay away from sweets & unhealthy foods. I always say:
GIVE YOUR BODY WHAT IT NEEDS AND YOU WON´T HAVE CRAVINGS
Often times we only crave sweets & junk food because our body is nutrient deficient. We then easily misunderstand it and think we need refined sugar or other unhealthy foods to feel satisfied. However, try to have a green smoothie every single day for at least a week (preferably in the first half of the day) and you´ll see a massive change.
They are also such an amazing way to get more greens in that you would typically not eat in salads. Those greens like Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Parsley and Dandelion are loaded with minerals, protein and chlorophyll which will make you glow from the inside.
A lot of you requested more videos without bananas 🙂 Even though I personally love them I made sure those 3 recipes are all without bananas.:-)
