Acute stress disorder

Actor Mark Rafeld portrays a person who is suffering from acute stress disorder who has been caught up in the destruction caused by an F5 tornado in Ashland, Ohio, and has spent the last 3+ days in a mass emergency shelter. Tele-medically, he is working with Dr. Natalie Lester of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center at The National Demonstration Project: The Use of Tele-psychiatry in Mass Emergency Shelters, at the Ashland County Service Center, 1763 State Route 60, Ashland, Ohio, July 14, 2015. During this event, two small tornadoes were recorded in Knox County, south of the Service Center, and severe thunderstorms interfered with MIFI/cellular tower communications.
