The workout is simple and effective with four moves that will leave you
feeling like you’ve gone through a muscle wash.

Full Body Dumbbell Blast has 3 fitness workout levels and each workout takes approximately 30 minutes.
Perform circuits 4 times

1st circuit, each exercise 12 reps
2nd circuit, each exercise 10 reps
3rd circuit, each exercise 8 reps
4th circuit each exercise 6 reps

Rest only after each circuit
select weight and rest time by your experience level.
Beginner: 20-30 lbs,
rest 60-90 secs
Intermediate: 30-40 lbs,
rest 45-60 secs
Advanced: 40-50 lbs,
rest 30-45 secs

Straight-Leg Deadlift
Thrusters
Bent-Over Row
Squat Thrust
