3 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT

*LITTLE TO NO RESTING – If absolutely necessary, rest for 1 minute in between completion of each round

CIRCUIT 1

LUNGES // 30 Seconds
(weighted or with dumbbells is optional)

MEDICINE BALL SLAMS // 30 seconds (alternative: thrown against a wall each side 15 seconds)

PULL-UPS // As many as you can do in 30 seconds (alternative: assisted pull-ups, wide grip lat pulldown machine)

*REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 – 4 rounds depending on level of conditioning

CIRCUIT 2

KETTLEBELL SWINGS // 30 Seconds
(alternative: alternating front dumbbell shoulder raises)

JUMP ROPE // 30 Seconds
(alternative: jumping jacks, burpees)

SLED PUSH // 30 seconds
(alternative: bear crawls)

*REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 – 4 rounds depending on level of conditioning
