Blackberries are a staple of our homestead life. We love it when they start to ripen up. It means time for pies jellies and juice we try to pick about 25 gallons a year and put up about 10 gallons of juice. After we make the juice the left overs we make pies and at any time we can turn the juice into jelly but that’s a video for another day lol
