Vegan Creme Cheese Recipe
2 cups almonds, soaked 1 hr, skins pinched off
1 cup prepared Sea Moss www.MarkusSeaMoss.com
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons sea salt
1/2 to 1 cup water
Blend on high in Vitamix or high powered blender with tamper being continuously ramming mixture into blades until smooth creamy consistency. Start with 1/2 cup water and add more if needed to blend.
Place in shaped dish/bowl lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
Add chives/green onions on top when eating!
