No Bake High Protein Paleo Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies


These easy to make super healthy no bake non wheat gluten free cookies are awesome powerhouses of protein and healthy fats… and they are not killed by high heat. No refined sugar, non dairy and raw vegan! Cara shows how easy they are to make in her usual adorable way. Enjoy!

Buckwheat groat “rice crispies”
soak a cup or two of raw buckwheat groats in lots of water for several hours
drain, rinse and dehydrate for 2 hours at 120F 45C

Peanut Butter Cookies:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 and 1 fourth cup Almond Flour
1 third cup Maple Syrup
Handful of Golden Raisins
bit of Vanilla
dash of Sea Salt

Mix and add Buckwheat cripsies
make balls, flatten and dehydrate overnight 120F 45C
