My fave foam rolling exercises for this foam rolling tutorial:
1. Back Foam Rolling
– begin above hip bones up to the shoulder just below the neck. (Make sure you never roll your neck)

2. Glutes Foam Rolling
– roll from the bottom to top of glutes

3. Hip Rolling (left and right sides)
lay side of hip on foam roller, lower leg outstretched, upper leg folded over the leg to push off for rolling.

4. Hamstring Foam Rolling
Cross feet (left over right. And right over left)
Roll up and down just below glutes to just above the knee.

5. Calf Foam Rolling
