Carnivore Diet: What I ate today (super hungry!)

The carnivore diet is super straight forward, here’s what I ate on a sample day of eating only animal products when I was super hungry. I spot-check my calories and find that I eat 3-4 days at a deficit and then eat a TON one day, and go back to lighter eating for a few. I’m not attempting to lose weight, but I wouldn’t mind trading some body fat for muscle.

The video shows this sample day of eating on the carnivore diet: Pork rind nachos with liver pate, a big bowl of shredded brisket with butter and liver pate, and chicken with mushrooms and cream sauce.
