Carnivore Diet: What I Ate Today (a win and a fail)

Today I totally failed at intermittent fasting (goal: 11 am eating start, and I actually ate at 6 am) but I did finally succeed at kicking my dairy habit! I ate steak, fried eggs, and scotch eggs. The next to go is eggs, but for now I’m happy that I’m doing zero carb without dairy.
