Sebaceous cysts – they are caused by damaged or blocked sebaceous glands. They are usually painless and harmless and if in case the cyst is infected, it can become painful. They can be treated with injected drugs and the doctor can also drain it or remove it surgically.

Lymphoma – it is located behind the ear, but can also develop on the neck, arm, thighs, shoulders, and back. They are benign lumps which can be removed through surgery, especially if they’re big.

Tumor – they usually include salivary glands, mastoid bone, r skin. Depending on its location and size, the symptoms can be different. Hearing can be affected by benign tumors, and it can also cause dizziness.
