Apply emu and castor oil every night continuing your own hair routine as normal until it grows back. I did not shampoo/wash hair morning after, i wash as i normally would i like to let the oil absorb but it is totally up to you. I now only use my oil mix once a week. I purchase mine at an independently owned heath store in harlsden, uk the lady i mentioned in the video uses a different brand to me hence why i feel any 100% pure emu should work. *please test patch oil before you use them as allergies can occur.
