Okay, first off, I’m so sorry that I’m posting this so late! I filmed it about a month ago, and then dealt with technical issues, then got a buttload of schoolwork. But it is finally up!
As I said in the video, I did like the Hair La Vie vitamins. My hair grew 2 inches and stopped shedding as much. My favorite result was the fact that my hair was hardly shedding in the shower. Like, the difference was amazing. I wish I thought to document the decrease in the amount of hair that shed. I also had super bionic strong nails. lol
My least favorite result was that it made my skin break out a lot. At first I didn’t think it was the vitamins because I had never taken hair growth vitamins before. And since I look at myself in the mirror every day, it was hard to notice how much my skin had changed since I started taking the vitamins. As you can see in this video, I have a considerable amount of acne around my jawline, chin, and even one on my cheek. I usually get breakouts mainly on my chin, and they are not nearly as severe as the ones I got during this time. Since filming this video, my skin has calmed down, but I am still experiencing the weird breakouts. I also have dark marks on my face that I am working on fading. I am hoping that they will be gone by three months from now since it took about three months for them to form.
Other than that, I’m glad I tried it out and experimented. Like I said, everyone’s body will react differently to these, so I encourage you to try them! Besides my skin, it did not have any negative effects on my body.
