Hidetada Yamagishi is a bodybuilder known by all. Starting in the Men’s Open as the first ever Japanese IFBB pro bodybuilder and later moving to the 212 – Hidetada has been on a journey full of struggles and achievements. Ultimately landing him as the Arnold Classic 212 champion in 2016. But 2017 was not as kind to the champion – ending in a 6th place finish at the Arnold Classic.

Hidetada now finds himself at a crossroads. What should he do next? Will he aim for the Mr. Olympia 2017 competition? Will he continue to compete at all? Generation Iron is proud to present HEART OF A DRAGON – a documentary short film following Hidetada immediately after his Arnold Classic competition and the journey of self discovery as he moves into the end of this year and beyond.
