Female Body Building – What to know about Protein.
The purpose of thise video is to clear up a few misconceptions about protein for women. It also tells you a little about what I take when training and a brief description of what each supplement is and does. I’ve tried to keep it simple, but if you have any questions you can comment below and I will try and get back to you. Ps. my Dad kindly pointed out my spelling mistakes… apologies!
