Creatine HCl Reviews: Is Creatine Hydrochloride Effective?
http://www.SeanNal.com/articles/supplementation/creatine-hydrochloride.php

There is simply no end to the number of new “breakthrough” creatine products that have been released over the years ever since the first creatine monohydrate was released back in the 1990’s.

Creatine HCl is one of the newest forms (“Con Cret Creatine” is the most popular product available), and predictably, it’s surrounded by a ton of hype about why it is the best type available for building muscle and improving gym performance.

What is creatine hydrochloride? Creatine HCl is creatine with an added hydrochloride group to supposedly enhance its stability.

Is creatine HCl worth it? Currently there is no concrete research that examines this new form against basic creatine monohydrate, and I don’t see any good reason at all to use it in monohydrate’s place at this time.

This is because creatine monohydrate already has a near 100% absorption rate in the body, is completely safe, has no side effects and is incredibly inexpensive as well.

Supplementing with 3-5 grams of monohydrate over a 2-3 week period will already deliver all of the positive benefits that creatine has to offer, and there’s just no need to pay the extra cost any other form.

Many creatine HCl reviews out there will portray it in a positive light, but this is usually from people who are affiliated with the product and have a financial interest in promoting it to you. My creatine hydrochloride review is completely unbiased as it makes no difference at all to me which supplements you do or don’t buy, so you can trust what I tell you.

In the end, creatine HCl benefits your bodybuilding program in the same way that monohydrate does, but simply costs more. My suggestion is to stick with basic Creapure creatine monohydrate at 3-5 grams once per day avoid these other over-hyped forms.
