Let me tell you a quick story on how this all came about and why you should read my book instead of all the other books out there. Now I was not an obese person my whole life at all, but I’ve always had that chubby face, I was always ashamed to take of my t-shirt at the beach, I always had to cancel a lot of summer activity’s because I knew I had to go shirtless at some time because everyone does it around summer time. I also struggle with gynecomastia through my teenage years feeling very insecure about that, on top of being a well… being a fat kid. Feeling tired, not wanting to exercise, feeling lazy etc. etc.

It is horrible to live a lifestyle like that, and it’s definitely not healthy for your body and mind. But I always knew I had something more in me, something that could forever change my life. Make me more confident, make me feel worthy, and proud. People always told me: “Wow you’re pretty big for your age! You should do something with your body man!” When people told me such things, I didn’t take them serious and always shook it off, because I thought they referred to me as overweight. I’ve always did sports my whole life, I played tennis, judo, kickboxing, swimming, soccer. I’m glad my parents pushed me when I was younger to go play sports, it did build my foundation to where I am right now.
