Before And After Taking Creatine

Before and after taking creatine monohydrate for 3 weeks. Results were pretty amazing! You will like the gains!

Creatine is THE most popular supplement for gaining muscle size and strength but does it really work?

In this creatine review, we show results with video, pictures, and measurements.

Combined with strength training, 3 to 5 grams of supplemental creatine per day has been proven to increase muscle size and strength as well as overall athletic performance.

It does this by increasing the volume of your muscle cells and allows them to store more water.

This enables your muscles to work out harder and longer which makes them grow faster.

Ok so I did 3 grams of creatine a day for 3 weeks while working out 4 times a week.

I used Raw Barrel No Bull creatine. You can get it from Amazon and the cool thing is that they guarantee results or your money back!

Also keep in mind that I was going very lean on my diet, about 2000 calories a day about 120 grams of protein with one 40 minute mountain bike ride each week, so I definitely didn’t gain any fat.

Here’s what happened.

I started on July 1 2015
Weight 172 lbs
Right Arm 15 1/4
Chest 43 1/2

Randy only measured hours right arm cuz he’s embarrassed of the small size of his left arm.

We measured again 3 weeks later on July 22 2015. I didn’t work out that day OR the day before.

Weight 173 lbs
Right Arm 15 ¾
Chest 44

You can’t see a huge difference in the pictures but think about it, arms half an inch bigger in only 3 weeks! That is pretty insane! I measured everything carefully and a few times to make sure.

A half inch increase in chest is not that bad either.

I could actually feel a difference when I lifted and by the 3rd week, I increased reps on some exercises by 1 rep.

More technical information:

They discovered that creatine is beneficial for nerve regeneration. They’re testing it on people with Parkinson’s disease.

Just Google creatine and you’ll find tons of research and good articles about it.
