Tom’s Cutting Nutrition: As far as diet goes the foods I eat remain the same year round. However, the amount of macronutrients may differ, typically during a bulk .8-1.2g of protein per pound of bodyweight and during a cut 1.2-1.5g per pound of bodyweight. Fats will generally stay the same, manipulating carbs properly is where you can either experience weight loss or weight gain (building muscle or losing fat).
