Warm up (for 5 minutes)
Push Ups (4 sets to failure)
Flat Bench Press (4 sets 10-15 reps)
Incline Dumbbell Press (4 sets 10-15 reps)
Flat Dumbbell Fly (4 sets 10-15 reps)
[Superset] High Cable Fly and Decline Fly (2 sets 15-20 reps)
