Beginner’s Guide to Posing / Bodybuilding Competitions | Physique Update

In this video, we will show you most of the poses that you should expect to see in a bodybuilding competition. We show you in detail how to hold each pose and what the judges are looking for in the pre-judging section of the bodybuilding competition. We also give some tips on how to execute each pose the best way by focusing on breathing and staying contracted. Helping us out today to film this video and share some knowledge is Nick

Nick has been in fitness and sports for the past 10 years. Over the past year and a half, Nick has lost 100 total pounds and over 30% body fat. Nick got into bodybuilding two years ago under the same trainer, Brian Antal, as Braxton. He has been improving ever since and shows no signs of slowing down! Braxton and Nick have been training together for the 2016 Natural Pittsburgh Bodybuilding show and both love to share knowledge and training tips with others. Nick believes there are no exceptions and any obstacle in never too big to climb!

Some of the poses featured in the video:
Front Double Bicep
