Lat pulldown (front)

T-bar row
4 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8 reps

Bent over row
3 sets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Assisted pull-ups
3 sets, 12, 10, 10 reps

Dumbbell pullover
3 sets, 15, 12, 12 reps

Rear delt cable flyes
3 sets, 15 reps

Face-pull machine
3 sets, 15 reps

Ez-bar curls
4 sets, 15-12 reps, last set 21 reps

Close-grip machine curls
3 sets, 15-12 reps

Preacher dumbbell curls
3 sets, 10 reps each arm
