Learn How to Buff Your Butt in Two Minutes Daily

Butts as you know come in all shapes and sizes and you don’t need me to reel off a whole kaleidoscope of those variations – you see them every day!

Many of them are not in good shape and their owners are generally mildly or acutely embarrassed at their state of flubberness. Many of course are not even aware as they have never seen an image of themselves from the rear – if they had they would want to do something about it!

They don’t need to be that way and I can show you how with only two minutes daily you too can have a trim, firm and attractive behind. Yes, with only two minutes each and every day you can tone up your butt shape – and, you can do it in bed! Of course, you don’t have to do it in bed – it can be done virtually anywhere and anytime – in fact I would encourage you to train yourself to practice regularly until it becomes a habit. It all hinges around muscle contraction, and in bed when you first wake up is a good place to begin.

Start by having a good stretch to relax. This can be done by stretching normally or a better way is, on your back, grab onto your bed head/rail and pull yourself gently along, wiggling your hips slowly from side to side as you go. This also stretches your spine. Stop when your head comes in contact with the head board!

Now, roll onto your front, turn your head to the right, spread your right leg out a little and crooked at the knee. Left arm down your side and right arm under your chin (it will want to go there naturally). You are ready to begin.

Clench up tightly the muscles in your left cheek. You might have to practice this a few times until you get it right and it comes easily. Then release and clench again. Carry on repeating this, clench and release, clench and release until you get a rhythm going. Once you have established a rhythm then begin to speed up the process until you find ultimately you can run one movement into the next more or less continuously up to a speed of forty plus every fifteen seconds. Faster than you can count!

Do this for thirty seconds by which time you will have completed approximately one hundred clenches and releases – surprised?

For the next thirty seconds slow down and clench up as tightly as you can, hold for a moment and then release slowly. Repeat for the full thirty seconds. That’s the end of that set.

Now, turn your head to the left and shift so that you are now the mirror position of before. Repeat the same set as before but in your new position and clenching and releasing in your right cheek. In the beginning you may find you have better muscle control one side or the other and you can get up to speed more quickly that side. This normal and in time will balance out. You may also find it useful at the beginning to place your spare hand on the appropriate cheek to feel the muscle contraction. After a time you will surprise yourself at just how fast you can jiggle your cheeks! This is exercising with fun!

It is important to remember to breathe evenly and normally during this process – do not hold your breath – easy to do as you focus on what is happening and forgetting to breathe.

Two minutes and you are done. Repeat daily and after a week or two you will start to notice a difference. When you do, this will spur you on until finally you will be proud of your new taut, tight and trim brand new butt.

You can also do this exercise lying on your back and clench both cheeks up at the same time. You can do it when sitting relaxed in an easy chair waiting in an airport lounge or anywhere. As you rise up and down with each clench and release you may receive some odd looks, but hey, you are getting the exercise you need and if anyone is interested you can gain pleasure from passing on this technique for their own use.
