STOP BAD BREATH RIGHT NOW – 3 STEPS

If you do these three steps today (at least twice), chances are you will see a dramatic improvement immediately. You do these steps for a few days and you will wish you did this long ago.

1. Obviously you want to brush your teeth

2. Floss with a water flosser so you can get rid of more plaque and food debris especially on your back teeth (molars). String floss or floss piks is not enough. This also massages your gums / preventive maintenance for gum disease

3. Scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper as brushing your tongue is not enough. Most of the odor causing bacteria is on your tongue. You need to scrape it off. The back of your tongue will have the most bacteria so it best you go as far as you can. If you need to gag then just gag.

You don’t need to waste your time making lime/lemon juice as a mouth wash, or drinking a lot of citrus, thinking you have a health condition, changing your diet, or consistently trying to mask your breath.
