Bad breath is something that nobody wants. It’s essentially caused by the bad bacteria build-up within your body such as yeast and candida overgrowth. To get rid of chronic bad breath, the first thing you want to focus on is getting rid of yeast and candida by consuming a diet that is lower in sugar and higher in probiotic-rich foods. You want to consume less starches, grains, and sugars, or even eliminate sugar all together. You will want to replace these foods with protein, fiber, healthy fats, probiotic-rich foods, and alkalizing-rich foods. Some examples of probiotic-rich foods are fermented yogurt, goat’s milk kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha, which will help overcome the yeast and candida in your body. Healthy fats you want to consume are foods like coconut oil or avocado.

Additionally, you want to get a quality probiotic supplement as well as using peppermint essential oil in homemade toothpaste. Lastly, a food that can help with bad breath is parsley because of the alkalinity level.
