Weight loss Journey: gaining weight in college and how I lost 40 pounds!!


Hi guys! I was so excited to film this video, because this has been something I have wanted to talk about for so long. I wanted to share my story in case anyone else is going through the same thing, because weight gain is apart of life. WE ALL GO THROUGH IT. I gained the freshman 15 *cough cough* 30…and it took a lot of work to lose. I actually ended up losing more than I gained just by creating healthier habits that I never thought to incorporate into my life before. Most of my weight loss attributed to my diet so I’m going to link some videos/channels that I think promote healthy relationships with food (and really helped me along the way). There is no ideal weight OBVIOUSLY and my weight loss was centered more around the fact that the food I was eating was making me feel sluggish, bloated, and just overall gross. In no way do I think skinny = health. However, where my body is at now is where I feel the healthiest, and my eating habits now are what make me feel the best internally and externally.
