I’ve been bugging my mom for a long time to share her weight loss story. She finally agreed to share her weight loss journey today. I have grown up watching her battle morbid obesity most of my life. She has yo-yo dieted every weight loss plan & pill until she was 55 years old. Now, at 66 years old she is the poster child of health.
The point of this video is to share another perspective on how to take charge of your life. It doesn’t matter how you get to the goal. The goal is to get to a healthy weight doing what’s best for you.
