Low levels of Magnesium have been linked to Tinnitus. You should take Magnesium along with Calcium and Zinc. Make sure that you take as many capsules as they say will give you 100%. Generally it’s three capsules, not just one.
Know that most doctors will tell you that there’s nothing you can do about Tinnitus. Don’t believe them. If you do just these four things, if your tinnitus can be repaired, this might do it.
