I’m a kidney disease patient, just like you, and the foods I’ll show you today are what I’ve actually eaten to reverse my kidney disease and go from stage 4 to stage 3.
Some of these foods I ate are pretty unusual, but I’ve worked them out with my dietitian so I know they were the best foods for my #renaldiet even when I was in stage 4.
