But this whole corona thing has taught him that plans change.
What’s Alpha been up to?
For the last 8-months, Alpha has been working on a project that just got shut down. It’s on hold. He’s now making sure everything is locked-up — and he’s taking you along. He bought this building, an old church built in 1848, that’s 4,000 square feet with super tall ceilings. He had run past it for the last 5-years and always thought it was really cool.
Rehabbing …
When he first bought it, the building was a compete and utter shit hole even though it’s on the Historic Registry. No one had given this place love in a long time, and Alpha knew he was going to have to spend some money to rehab it. After lead remediation, stripping walls, and exposing brick, he didn’t know what they’d find. Hard work doesn’t scare him, and so he saved-up in order to take on the project.
Alpha’s new business?
The inside will have a mezzanine, they’re building a 2nd story, and offices & bathrooms will be added. Now, the renovations have been shut down, and the business will be delayed being opened. What the business will be is still going to be a surprise for viewers. Stay tuned!
