Sup guys! 😀 Was prepping my meals for the day and wanted to share what I’m currently eating for my slow & steady dieting process 😀 These meals are designed to help me have good energy to train, while still allowing me to lose body fat AND enjoy the food I eat 🙂

These meals are: 6oz Chicken Breast, 4oz Broccoli, 125g Brown Rice, 28g Cheddar Cheese – Which is about 456 Calories, 37g Carbs, 16g Fat, 42g Protein. I eat 4 of these a day along with 2-3 Quest Bars and 2 scoops of Cellucor Cor Whey!
