Bench Dips (3 sets 10-15 reps)

Standing Straight/EZ Bar Curls (3 Sets 10-15 reps)

Dumbbell Concentration Curls (3 Sets 10-15 reps)

Dumbbell Hammer Curls (3 Sets 10-15 reps)

High Cable Curls (3 Sets 10-15 reps)
