Homemade SuperFood Smoothie
recipe:
1 cup of frozen kale
1 cup of frozen spinach
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1/4 plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 serving of chocolate flavored protein powder
(this recipe is only a suggestion. adjust portions for flavor preference)
I lived in a Van for 3 years now I live in a house. I used to make a smoothie every day, but that was impossible in my van. Now that I love in a house, I finally get to have another smoothie.
