Nanna Bjone – Fitness & Bodybuilding Documentary

I have made a documentary about my mom, Nanna Bjone who is a former bodybuilder and fitness competitor from Norway.

Fun facts:

She is the first Norwegian who was qualified to IFBB Pro in Fitness.

Nanna has also represented Norway in strongwoman, when she took part in Scandinavias strongest woman and got 6th place.

Nanna was invited as one of the athletes to be part of the opening show of the Olympic Mountain Hall (Gjøvik Olympiske Fjellhall) where she posed in a bikini in front of King Harald and Queen Sonja.

Nanna`s first trip to USA was to visit the Bjone family in 1983.

Nanna received the Presidential Academic Fitness Award 1985-1986 at William Penn High School due to her high academic and sports achievements.
