Disney Lunar New Year: Vegan Asian Food, Mulan, & Dragon Dance
We celebrated the Lunar New Year at Disneyland’s California Adventure Park. I wasn’t gonna film it initially, but it was such a pretty day that I couldn’t help myself. Plus it gave us a great excuse to #eatalltheveganthings! There were a few event specials that were vegan friendly, plus a new Asian restaurant in Downtown Disney with vegan options, AND 3 vegan ice creams that from a special menu just for the month at Salt n Straw, so we got to try lots of new things out!
We also took in a lovely performance by Melody of China and watched the full Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession TWICE — once following it all the way to the main stage area for a BIG performance. Honestly, I got so much beautiful footage, I may have to upload extended performance videos somewhere. I got a copy strike when I tried to include a little too much in this vlog.
