1. Deadlift 5×10 rest time: 90s
2. Seated Cable Rows (narrow grip) 4×15 rest time: 90s
3. 45* DB Chest Press 4×12 rest time: 60s
4. DB Lateral Raises (INTO Front raises) 4×12 each exercise rest time: 60s
5. DB Back flyes (thumbs down) 3×12 rest time: 45s
6. DB Skull crushers T.U.T 3 set 1-3-1 x 12reps rest time: 60s
7. ABS Circuit – Cable 3 rounds rest time between rounds: 60s
– Knee crunches into leg extensions
