Hey guys, so I hope you find this video helpful and I covered any questions you might’ve had in regards to using these supplements — The Alpha Female Stack by Shredz.
Again, as a disclaimer, I am not a nutritionist, personal trainer etc. this is all coming from MY OWN personal experience using this product.

*Also be sure to drink lots and lots of water! That is one thing I DID forget to mention.
I generally only drink water and occasionally some hot tea, so it slipped my mind.
So be sure, especially adding these into your routine, to drink plenty of water. ;)*

I used these products from 12/13/14 – 1/13/15
Starting Weight – 150 lbs // Current Weight – 134 lbs

It is mainly to show where I was at the beginning of my journey, physically, emotionally and mentally.
They have BOTH attributed to my Health Goals.
Shredz has helped me with an increase in energy, weightloss, and assisted in helping me build my endurance and strength.
GELV has helped with the improvement of my midsection. It has toned and firmed, what use to be incredibly saggy discolored skin due to two pregnancies and the stretch marks that came with it.
I wanted to get healthier, but also to match my outside to the way I felt on the inside.
And I feel lucky to have found two amazing products to help me do just that. 😀 }
