Hypothyroid in men is not so common. Even if it is there, I don’t think it is crown area hair loss. Crown area hair loss sounds more like male pattern hair loss, androgenic alopecia. May not be only related to hypothyroid. So need to identify and there are treatments there to postpone the baldness or which can postpone the hair loss, or there are stimulants which are there to apply and the hairs will grow. So best is to consult your dermatologist whether it is really hypothyroid or male pattern hair baldness.
